EXAMPLES OF ENGAGEMENT:


APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
PT PERURI (Indonesia Money Printing Company)
PT PERURI used dDOS based in-house developed applications for supporting their back office operation. In relation with Millennium Bugs (Y2K Compliant) and in order to support emerging business need, in 1999 PERURI decided to convert their existing old-fashion applications to Oracle based Technology. The project started on June, 1999 and new application went life on December 1999. The project covers conversion of Financial, Budgeting, Inventory and Human Resources application.

Quadra was appointed to handle full life cycle of the project, including hardware/software acquisition and installation.

The relationship is still managed well to current new engagement. Quadra has been selected to continue Peruri's applications developments from improvement in the cost accounting and fixed asset system.

 

LKBN ANTARA
Quadra was appointed by LKBN ANTARA to provide full life cycle services on their application conversion project. LKBN ANTARA use DOS based in-house developed applications for supporting their operation (acquisition, gathering and selling news). The main purpose of the project was to solve Millennium Bugs (Y2K Compliant) issues. LKBN ANTARA chooses Oracle Technology as a foundation for the target application.
The project started on June, 1999 and new application went life on December 1999.

PT PELINDO III
To streamline the operations and improve the efficiency in providing related port services to their customer, in September 1999, PELINDO III has initiated a project to develop application called Sistim Informasi Usaha dan Keuangan Terpadu (SIUK). The application consists of Aplikasi Pelayanan Kapal, Aplikasi Pelayanan Barang, Properti and Aplikasi Keuangan. The application has been developed using Oracle RDBMS and Oracle Development Tools.
Quadra was appointed to handle the full project life cycle, including hardware/software acquisition, and implementation at 10 port location under PELINDO III territory. Application is also used in Head Office to handle planning and consolidation.

It is a big undertaking since every port has its own disctintive requirement and business process. Change management has always been a challenging task.


APPLICATION IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS

BP Indonesia
BP Indonesia, formerly Arco Indonesia is the first Oracle Application customer in Indonesia. BP uses Oracle Application since 1990.
Quadra has been appointed as long-term IT service provider to help BP Information Technology department provide post implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Application. Quadra has involved in following BP’s projects:

  • Development of add-on module and customized report
  • Upgrading from release 9 to 10.7
  • Upgrading from release 10.7 to 11i
  • OLAP Implementation project


PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (RCTI)
In order to streamline the business process and improve their competitive advantage, RCTI has decided to implement ERP software for supporting their back office operations. After evaluating some ERP products, finally RCTI choose Oracle. The modules they decide to implement consist of Oracle Financial (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Inventory and Oracle Financial Analyzer (OFA).

Quadra/Multidata has been appointed as an implementer for this projects. The project started on August 2000 and went life on January 2002.
Quadra/Multidata provide full range of services on this project, which cover:

  • Software Acquisition
  • Key Team Member Training on Oracle Application
  • Full Implementation Life Cycle, including customization
  • Interfacing to Traffic/Billing system

PT TELKOMSEL
PT TELKOMSEL use Oracle Application since 1997. To take full advantage from Oracle Application, TELKOMSEL has decided to upgrade their Oracle Application to the latest release (R11.5.8).  The project also covers the implementation of modules which was not previously implemented such as Oracle Account Receivable, and integration between Oracle Application with other front and back office applications, such as Paradise and Geneva.

Quadra in cooperation with Sapora was appointed to provide data preparation and conversion services, and Application Integration part of the project.


PT Teijin Indonesia Fiber Corporation (TIFICO)
In order to overcome the problem, TIFICO has decided to replace the existing PC based in-house developed applications with more sophisticated ERP application package. After evaluating some ERP products, finally TIFICO choose Oracle e-Business Suite. The modules they decide to implement consist of Oracle Financial (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Inventory and Oracle Process Manufacturing(OPM).  The project also include development of DT Scanner and Label Printing application and its interfacing with Oracle e-Business Suite.

Quadra has been appointed as an implementer for this projects. The project started on August 2003 and went life on January 2004.
Quadra provided full range of services on this project, which cover:

  • Software Acquisition
  • Key Team Member Training on Oracle Application
  • Full Implementation Life Cycle, including customization
  • Development of DT Scanner and Label Printing applications

PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. (BCA)

The biggest private bank in Indonesia had been relied solely to IBM Mainframe environment. To cater new business requirement it has to develop many new application based on open standards. Quadra has the honor to provide our technical Consultants to help BCA in the development such as : advance Java programming, integration with middleware, database design and tuning.
